So I haven't posted in a while... and I really need to get back into it.

Today... August 30th 2012

Breakfast:
Banana
Half a truly awful yogurt - see - http://consumerproductreviewstoday.blogspot.com/2012/08/yoplait-simplait-yogurt.html

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Amazing salad with: spinach, blackberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, chicken, and strawberry dressing.
Green pepper & celery slices

Snack:
100 calorie pack of Almonds

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine - Steak & Sweet Potatoes
Green peas

Snack:
90 Calorie Fiber 1 bar
Grapes

I think I'm switching back to the Yoplait Fiber One yogurts - 50 calories and they actually taste good (for all the added sweeteners are probably giving me cancer). And I've gotten pretty good at making myself diverse sales that I actually look forward to eating, which makes the dieting a touch easier.

4 medium-large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Olivio
Olive Oil

Directions:
1 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2 - Place tin foil over one of the racks in the oven (so potatoes don't drip while baking)
3 - Thoroughly clean the sweet potatoes
4 - Poke holes in sweet potatoes with fork (so they won't burst in the oven)
5 - Lightly cover sweet potatoes in olive oil
6 - Bake for 30 minutes
7 - Let cool, till the sweet potatoes can be touched
8 - Cut each sweet potato in half
9 - Scoop out insides, place into bowl with skim milk and olivio
10 - Use potato masher to mash
11 - Scoop mixture back into potato skins
12 - Continue baking at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
13 - Remove and enjoy!
