Well I think yesterday's dinner blew any chance of getting down a pound this week. Boo.

Weight - STILL 179 lbs

Breakfast
Smoothie - Activia light raspberry yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, 1 cup lowfat milk
2 slices whole grain, extra protein toast

Lunch
Balance bar - chocolate raspberry

Dinner
Smart ones - Salisbury Steak
Carrot sticks

After dinner snack
6 chicken wings
100 calorie snack pack - cheese nips
Wine - 3 glasses

I would have really liked to avoid the after dinner food, but Marc had gotten take-out and the wings smelled soooooo tasty. And he had brought me wine, which after my long day, I drank. No exercise today, although I was running around the HD all day, so better than a day at the office on my rear end.
