Ok, today was AWESOME. I only managed to consume 1050 calories. And because Marc and I had a tiff, I went straight to bed instead of having any late night snacks! At least fights with your boyfriend are good for something!

Smart Ones Broccoli and Cheddar Roasted Potatoes,
Mid afternoon snack:
Banana
Dinner:
Orange
Smart Ones Fettucini Alfredo
No exercise today, because I worked both jobs. But I finally get what my mother says about your body just FEELING better when you are eating healthy. I'm less achy, and sore and more awake quite honestly. No lunch break work out yet, but I WILL get there!
