Well, still writing, but still not dieting. I'm literally depressed with how fat I am each morning, and yet so depressed and tired on the whole that I don't really do anything about it. Circle of depression and fat. Bah. I'm hoping that writing may pull me out of it.

Breakfast:
Coffee
Banana

Lunch:
Tuna fish sandwich
Cashews

Dinner:
Pepperoni Pizza


No exercise, I really should get into the habit of taking a walk at lunch at work, but we've just been so swamped and ridiculous that I feel bad if I take more time than it takes to swallow a sandwich at my desk and keep on chugging.

Day 4 of remembering to write down what I ate, although its also day 4 of stressing out over work, and eating too many calories to combat stress and depression.

Breakfast:
Coffee

Lunch:
Burger & fries

Dinner:
Garlic bread sticks & cinna-sticks!

Too much take out and way too little exercise, must take up running and dieting, must stop stressing and sleeping too much. Ugh.

Leftover toterllini & garlic bread

Dinner:
Pizza - 2 slices pepperoni


No exercise again, and I meant to eat better for dinner, but I got out of work very late and just begged Marc to grab take-out. *Sigh* I must get better at this

Breakfast
Activia light yogurt, strawberry
Banana

The activia yogurt still tastes like chalk. And banana's are not my fav, but I need the potassium.

Mid-morning snack
Zone bar, dark chocolate mocha

I could learn to like these things, they're ALMOST like candy

Lunch
Salad - spinach, red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, roasted check, 2tbsp 1000 island dressing
Soup - Campbells 2 go, tomato

I always like lunch like this, it's tasty .

Afternoon snack
Carrot sticks
100 calorie crackers - nip cheese

The crackers are of course tastier and there are never enough of them

Dinner
Chicken, broccoli alfredo
Garlic bread

SOOOOOO many carbs, sooooooo much fat. But the boyfriend ordered take-out, and it was my favorite, what's a girl to do?
