Day 4 of remembering to write down what I ate, although its also day 4 of stressing out over work, and eating too many calories to combat stress and depression.

Breakfast:
Coffee

Lunch:
Burger & fries

Dinner:
Garlic bread sticks & cinna-sticks!

Too much take out and way too little exercise, must take up running and dieting, must stop stressing and sleeping too much. Ugh.
