Mid-morning snack:
Yoplait Diet Yogurt - Strawberry

Lunch:
Healthy Choice - Lemon Herb Chicken

Afternoon Snack:
Banana

Dinner:
Campbell's Soup - Creamy Tomato
Red Leaf Lettuce Salad with Chicken & Thousand Island Dressing
Rye Toast with Olivio

Dessert:
Fat Free Mango Sorbet

And to the gym I go!

Still writing. That's a plus. Still fat. That's a minus. Still working too much and not getting out of my cycle. Another minus. Looks like we end up in the negative. Bah!

Breakfast:
Coffee
Banana

Lunch:
Tuna fish sandwich
Cashews
Dried Pineapple

Dinner:
Grilled Strip Steak
Corn


Minus the fact that I ate WAY too many cashews and dried fruit today, if I had stuck to healthy portions, today would have been a good day. But my body can put away a surprising amount of food, and my head does not always stop it from doing so.

Ok, today, have plenty of groceries and good intentions, and I think it went quite well, minus the fact that I did not get any exercise in. I really think I need to restrict hours at my second job so that I can get a gym schedule going on.

Weight today = 178 lbs, Calories consumed = 1540

Breakfast:

Apple
Dannon Light and Fit - Strawberry Banana

Mid Morning Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Smart Ones - Pasta with Ricotta & Spinach

Mid Afternoon Snack:
Orange
Balance Bar, Mint Cookie

Dinner:
Salmon w/Smokey Maple Rub
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Corn

All in all, not a bad day, could have done with some more exercise, but life goes on.
