Ok, today, have plenty of groceries and good intentions, and I think it went quite well, minus the fact that I did not get any exercise in. I really think I need to restrict hours at my second job so that I can get a gym schedule going on.

Weight today = 178 lbs, Calories consumed = 1540

Breakfast:

Dannon Light and Fit - Strawberry Banana

Mid Morning Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Smart Ones - Pasta with Ricotta & Spinach

Mid Afternoon Snack:
Orange
Balance Bar, Mint Cookie

Dinner:
Salmon w/Smokey Maple Rub
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Corn

All in all, not a bad day, could have done with some more exercise, but life goes on.

Alright, today's not gonna be awesome, because I do not have a lot of groceries. And because we're going to the movies tonight.

Man, crap day for diet all in all. No exercise either today. But I did get to see the love of my life, John Cusack in "Hot Tub Time Machine" ... which wasn't all that bad, but that's because I did not expect too much from it to begin with.

Well I think yesterday's dinner blew any chance of getting down a pound this week. Boo.

Smoothie - Activia light raspberry yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, 1 cup lowfat milk
2 slices whole grain, extra protein toast

Lunch
Balance bar - chocolate raspberry

Dinner
Smart ones - Salisbury Steak
Carrot sticks

After dinner snack
6 chicken wings
100 calorie snack pack - cheese nips
Wine - 3 glasses

I would have really liked to avoid the after dinner food, but Marc had gotten take-out and the wings smelled soooooo tasty. And he had brought me wine, which after my long day, I drank. No exercise today, although I was running around the HD all day, so better than a day at the office on my rear end.

Now, I know I'm going to fall off the wagon tonight, because I have two birthday celebrations to go to, and one involves dinner out. And if I'm going to buy food at a restaurant, I am certainly not going to purchase the diet option.

A bad day for dieting, but a good day for birthdays, and tasty, tasty food. No exercise or yoga today, but I did buy batteries today to put in the Wii fit next week... so that should help the exercise situation.

Ok, so today I did not feel well this morning, and stayed home from job one, and did some work for it at home. This resulted in meals being consumed later than they normally would.

Midmorning snack
Smoothie - banana, activia light yogurt - raspberry, 1/2 cup milk, frozen mixed berries

Lunch
Salad - red leaf lettuce, spinach, tomato, red onion, cucumber, roasted chicken breast, 1 & 1/2 tbsp 1000 island dressing
Soup - Butternet Squash
2 slices 12 grain toast, w/Olivio spread

Dinner
Smart Ones - Salisbury Steak
Carrot Sticks

After dinner snack
Orange

A SECOND complete day of diet. True, I was starving again all day long. BUT, I made it through. I did not get any exercise in, because I had to work at Home Depot at night... but at least the dieting is getting done. Just gotta keep it up and the weight will come off. Awesome!

I haven't been taking walks on work lunchtime yet either, although I think I may start up some yoga in my office during lunch. That's supposed to be healthy for you on all sorts of levels.

I thought maybe the Activia yogurt with the cereal in it would taste somewhat better. Fail. Epic, epic FAIL! It did not taste better at all, still like chalk.

I couldn't help the fatty dinner folks, I went out with my sister, her husband and some of my girlfriends. I like hanging out with people and eating good food. But tomorrow, I swear, all diet food and some exercise to boot! It's GOING to happen. Cause my fat pants are snug. Boo!

Ok, so I did not eat my disgusting yogurt today, couldn't help it... couldn't force myself to do it, and I also forgot to pack some veggies, because I'm out of plastic baggies. And I didn't eat my banana, because I just didn't want it... I'm going to have to do better at eating consistently tomorrow, and keeping my metabolism up!

Alright, so Marc and I both had the night off, so we went out to dinner. And I'm supposed to meet my sister for dinner tomorrow. However, I really need to get on this diet, because I got into my fat pants today, and my fat pants are tight. Which is NO GOOD. And it is now MARCH. And MARCH = springtime, and springtime = too soon to bathing suit time for comfort. MUST, MUST, MUST start exercising. Maybe I can go for a lunchtime walk each day at work. That might help. I know I won't today or tomorrow, because I am too busy and planned my day poorly. Maybe Wednesday. Yes, Wednesday will start the hardcore dieting and hardcore exercise. If I'm not behaving after Wednesday, yell at me!

I would have done really well today but for the cinna-pie, but it's hard not to have it when Marc didn't finish it off, because it is SOOOO tasty! And again, no exercise, but two jobs wear this girl out! I did get to the grocery store today though, so I should have more healthy food for this upcoming week, which makes me happy. And I got the paper which has coupons for more diet foods! Double score!

Again, a perfectly good day until we hit dinner, which destroyed the rest of the day. And the candy that needs to go. Again no exercise.... other than the horizontal Irish jig, if you catch my meaning. But sex is supposed to burn a phenomenal amount of calories. So hopefully that helped.
