Ok, so today is somewhat better, because I was forced to go get some groceries, because I have both jobs today.

Weight 178 lbs - Calories = 1505 (not bad!)

Breakfast
Apple

Lunch
Sushi
Ritz Crackers - 140 calories

Mid Afternoon Snack
Balance Bar

Dinner
Light Life Veggie Masala
Orange

After dinner snack
2 pieces Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Double Protein Bread w/Olivio & Garlic


Much better day than yesterday, still no weight loss, probably because of the fact that there is still no exercise. Apparently dieting for me can only maintain my weight ... so while I'm not getting fatter, I'm not getting skinnier either. Sadness.
