Ok, so today is somewhat better, because I was forced to go get some groceries yesterday, I tried to make a dinner that both Marc and I could eat without making him feel like I was forcing him to diet.
Weight 178 lbs - Calories = 1611 - not too shabby
Yogurt - Dannon Lite and Fit - Strawberry
Mid Morning Snack
Balance Bar - Mint Cookie Crunch
Smart Ones - Pasta Primavera
Sweet Potato Fries (baked not fried)
Sooooo my weight's holding steady. Just need to throw some exercise into this mix so that I start losing weight.
